Refund policy

Our Panama Hats are unique. Given the handmade nature of our product, they will vary slightly in size, colour, and weave to those visible in the online store.
We recommend you measure your head before purchasing to ensure you are ordering the right size hat, and if you are still unsure please contact customer service and we will help you choose the right size.
SJC is happy to facilitate refunds and exchanges, providing that the product is returned undamaged, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original condition and packaging.

All refund and exchange enquiries are to be made within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the packaging is secure as SJC cannot cover items damaged in return transit.

SJC does not offer refunds for Final Sale or Sample items. All items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are eligible for return for a credit note only.

Please email s@sarahjcurtis.com to request a return authorisation number. Further instructions and the return address will be provided on acceptance of your return. Accepted refunds will be processed within 5 working days, to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 days for the funds to clear, depending on your banking institution.
 

Faulty Items

All SJC items have been rigorously checked prior to shipment to the customer. Please email s@sarahjcurtis.com regarding any faulty items or general concerns regarding the item you have purchased.
